Welcome to Park Place Associates!
We have been a part of the Bloomsburg university housing community for over 30 years. Owners and managers Don and Kay Camplese are retired BU faculty who built the original Sesame Street student housing complex, now the site of The Apartment Store. We pride ourselves in the quality of our properties and caring for our tenants.
We maintain a variety of housing for undergraduate and graduate students. Our properties are located close to campus and offer many amenities–all at a reasonable price.
All Park Place Associates properties are inspected yearly and approved as safe housing by the Town of Bloomsburg. We provide timely and responsive on-call maintenance.
