27 Park Place is a large two bedroom unit. It has a very large living room open to a large dinning area/kitchen. The back porch is fully enclosed and works well for a computer/study office area. There is a washer/dryer included. There is a half bath on the first floor. The second floor has a huge front bedroom with two double closets and a second bedroom that is large with a double closet. A linen closet and spacious full bath are also on the second floor.
Parking is directly in front of the unit. Students who live here are considered commuting students and may park on campus with the appropriate sticker. Tenants pay for their own cable, electric, water and sewer. Landlord pays for lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash and the association fee.
This townhouse cannot be rented to two undergraduate students concurrently, but can be rented to one undergraduate and any combination of graduate or non-student.
