College Place
College Place was just completed in August 2009. This apartment structure is located on the corner of Lighstreet Road and Country Club Road which leads to Upper Campus. This apartment complex has six, three bedroom units.Each unit has a complete kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and large bathroom. Each bedroom is carpeted with a study/computer area and a large double closet. College Place is within easy walking distance to classes, the student recreation complex, the library, and the upper campus.
These units are air-conditioned and heated by electric heat. Tenants are responsible for their own electricity, cable TV, and Internet access. Depending on your cable and Internet packages, the additional costs are approximately $50.00 per tenant per month.
Full time maintenance is available. Students who are returning for the next academic year may retain their unit and are given first priority on leasing. No charges for summer if the student is not living in the unit; a summer addendum lease ($600.00) is required for those students attending summer school.
